Our journey began in 2015 as a division of Morval Construction a local contractor with a BBB A+ Rating.

 

El Paso’s unpredictable weather and yearly wind and hail storms highlighted to us the dire need for reliable and experienced experts to help homeowners recover and rebuild their property. So, as home renovation contractors, we carefully curated a team of damage consultants, engineers, appraisers and public adjusters; as well as mediators and attorneys to expedite projects through estimation, planning, permitting and construction quickly and efficiently.

Our Process

STEP 1
Denied home damage insurance claim is confirmed with a denial letter.

 

STEP 2
Damage Assessment is performed to determine if there is a legitimate insurance claim case.

 

STEP 3
Restoration Proposal Acceptance by property owner to demonstrate proof of financial impact.

(Via a NO interest – NO payment 18 months introductory period. After the introductory period, it converts into a 10 year, 9.99% APR loan.)

 

STEP 4
Assistance for homeowner is coordinated with our third-party specialized representatives.

(Legal Mediators, Attorneys, Engineers, Appraisers, Public Adjusters and other professional experts.)

 

STEP 5

Documented evidence; including photos, videos, expert opinions and reports, are provided to the third-party representatives.

 

STEP 6

All project repairs and replacements are coordinated with the third-party representatives before any work is performed.

 

STEP 7

Settlement Acceptance by property owner.

Note: Resolution process can take from a few months to 1 to 2 years or more.

As a division of Morval Construction, we approach our estimates from the perspective of seasoned Renovation Contractors. This distinction sets us apart from adjusters who may impose restrictions that artificially limit the rebuilding costs.

We are not public adjusters and do not handle personal property or Loss of Use claims. However, working as a team with a bonded and licensed Renovation and Construction company enables us to collaborate directly with insurance adjusters.

This allows us to establish the precise scope of work and the genuine costs needed to rebuild your property.

Our management team boasts unique qualifications for determining the critical path to your recovery and the actual expenses involved. Our damage and renovation experts perform a thorough assessment of your property damages; as well as, a review of all your insurance policies, documents, estimates, and correspondence to ensure you have a clear understanding of your coverage. This assessment will account for all required site work, engineering, plans, permits; and as needed, the complete replacement of the roof, walls, fences, driveways, sheds, trees, shrubs, and irrigation systems. As well as any known code upgrades that impact your rebuilding process. We also provide you with a complete and easy-to-understand explanation of the entire valuation, reconstruction, and recovery process.

Xactimate Estimates

Our estimates to the insurance companies are always performed with Xactimate, the industry-standard software and estimating system used by insurance companies to establish the costs of rebuilding. It encompasses a vast database of over 12,000 line-item codes that assist adjusters in creating precise estimates. However, the challenge lies in the fact that most adjusters typically utilize only a fraction of these codes or lack the time to painstakingly craft a comprehensive scope for an accurate Xactimate estimate. This often leads to an underestimate of the true cost to rebuild your home. In Addition, we provide the insights of a licensed contractor who presents Xactimates in the same language and format as the insurance adjuster's, facilitating easy comparison between their estimates and ours.
